Obligation d'enregistrement : Tous les agents immobiliers des îles Baléares doivent désormais s'inscrire au registre public et rendre leur numéro visible dans toute publicité et présentation externe.
Conditions d'admission strictes : Pour s'inscrire, les agents immobiliers doivent fournir la preuve d'un diplôme universitaire, d'une formation continue ou d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle, entre autres choses.
Sécurité financière : Les agents immobiliers doivent également prouver qu'ils n'ont aucune dette envers les autorités fiscales ou la sécurité sociale, disposer d'une assurance responsabilité professionnelle et avoir déposé une caution de 60 000 €.
Conséquences des violations : Toute personne agissant en tant qu'agent immobilier sans inscription ou sans qualification requise s'expose à des amendes et des sanctions.
