Originally from Germany’s Ruhr region, Tim holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University and has gained valuable professional experience in the German finance industry, particularly in wealth and asset management. This background shaped his deep fascination for how wealth is managed, preserved, and multiplied — a mindset that now perfectly complements his work in the world of luxury real estate.
After years of visiting Mallorca from a young age, Tim was ultimately drawn back to the island following an unforgettable post-graduation summer. In early 2025, he made the decision to permanently relocate and pursue what had long felt like a calling: a career in real estate, focused on the exclusive southwest of Mallorca, especially Santa Ponsa, Camp de Mar, and Port d’Andratx.
