Michael Sandberg Schwalbach

A Spanish citizen raised in Mallorca since early childhood by Swedish, German parents, Michael (also known as Michi) found his calling in the luxury real estate market in his hometown. Michael studied throughout his childhood at Bellver International College, and continued on to study in London at the age of 18. At the age of 21, in 2014, he returned to Mallorca and founded Sandberg Estates with his mother, Cecilia and learned the business from the ground up.

The company grew within the first few years and within the first years the team had already grown. They delved into the real estate industry, building on Cecelia's already extensive knowledge and network on the island and with Michaels drive, languages and natural industry ability, the company success started and has continued to date.

Michael, as CEO and Co-founder is very active within the company, working with clients to find them their dream homes in Mallorca as well as recently investing into several developments himself. Besides this and being proud and focused on the success of his team, passionate about his work and family, he is enthusiastic about supporting charities and organises annual fundraising events. Sandberg Estates have also built a school in Kaokoveld, about 740 kilometres north of the Namibian capital Windhoek. 

The school has been dedicated to mother and grandmother of co-founders Michael and Cecilia, Anja Sandberg.
