Christopher Calvin Klatt grew up trilingual – speaking German, Spanish, and English as naturally as enjoying the Mediterranean sun. Born in Berlin and raised between Germany and Mallorca, he knows both worlds intimately: the vibrant energy of the city and the laid-back rhythm of island life.
After earning his Business Administration degree from Hochschule Fresenius in Hamburg with a focus on Marketing and Online Management, Christopher gained extensive experience in the real estate sector. In Berlin, he worked in both project development and the brokerage of high-end properties, handling everything from acquisition and valuation to personaliaed client service.
A particularly formative chapter was his six-month role with a different real estate agency in Santanyí, where he was responsible for the south, southeast, and northeast regions of Mallorca. During that time, he deepened his expertise in the premium market and built a strong professional network across the island.
Today, Christopher is back living full-time on Mallorca — by choice and from the heart. To him, the island is not only home and inspiration, but also the perfect place to help others find their own retreat or second home.
Alongside his real estate career, Christopher is also an entrepreneur. Driven by his passion for fitness and nutrition, he developed his own line of dietary supplements — a project that reflects his innovative mindset and business acumen.
Christopher is known for his clear communication, structured approach, and genuine, honest client relationships. With his international background, experience on both sides of the market, and a sharp eye for people and places, he supports his clients with both professionalism and passion.
